Typical issues with Residential Homes (new and existing):
1. Built 16″ On Center
2. Unconditioned plumbing lines (specifically hot)
3. High presence of IAQ (indoor air quality) issues
4. Lead, Mercury, asbestos, VOC’s, chlorides, formaldehyde, mold exist within YOUR home
